Honorary Membership
A membership that is by appointment only.
These are members who shall be awarded such membership due to their extra ordinary contribution to the Hub`s goals. This Membership will be extended to Government entities and personal individuals as well.

Term and Conditions, Requirements & Eligibility to be the member of TDH
Membership of Association shall constitute both individual and co-operate members:
- Individual membership: open to every individual 18 years old and above living in the diaspora & Tanzania that is either born in Tanzania or of Tanzanian descendants by birth or by marriage.
- Corporate membership: Anybody corporate or legal entities that may be interested in taking part in the activities of the Association
Membership requirements
- Paid up non – refundable registration fee periodically considered.
- Any member shall have the right to voluntarily withdraw from membership of the Association.
Eligibility
- Membership shall be open to any person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age, who agrees to abide by the basic principles of the Organization, its constitution, bylaws, and promises to actively support the core values of the Organization as set forth in this document. Membership is granted after completion and receipt of a membership application and annual dues. All memberships shall be granted upon a majority vote of the board.
- Existing members in good standing with the organization, will be automatically eligible for the following calendar year by paying membership dues by January 31 of the eligibility year.
Terms & Conditions
- The board of directors has the authority to grant or deny membership upon deliberations and reaching a quorum. The Executive President will submit the request to the board. The President will also inform the requester of the board`s decision which should be final.
- Complete a membership registration form and give informed consent to be bound by Tanzania Diaspora organization Constitution and Bylaw
- Pay a membership fee (To be determined by the Executive Committee and approved by the board of directors and General Meeting respectively.
- The membership dues and fees will be paid annually, unless changed by a majority vote of the board of directors and approved by the General Meeting. Continued membership is contingent upon being up to date on all membership dues and fees.
